Adv. Oren Elkabetz has been a partner at the firm since 2008. Adv. Elkabetz specializes in corporate law and the capital market in Israel, with particular focus on securities and mergers and acquisitions of public companies traded on the TASE. He provides ongoing legal advice and assistance to public and private companies in IPOs and secondary market offerings, and in a wide range of legal issues relating to companies that are traded on the TASE, in companies’ day-to-day commercial operations, and in complex processes in the Israeli capital market. Has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of companies in the Israeli capital market, and also in tender offers for public companies in Israel. During his years at the firm, Adv. Elkabetz participated in the preparation of complex legal opinions in the field of corporate law. Besides his specialty in public company merger and acquisition transactions, Adv. Elkabetz provides legal guidance and advice on structural change transactions (in accordance with the section on mergers in the Income Tax Ordinance). In addition, he represents numerous clients in diverse investment projects (establishment of partnerships, founders and shareholders agreements, and collaboration agreements), and provides them with ongoing legal counsel and support throughout all the stages of the project. Adv. Elkabetz has represented and currently represents public companies that are active in a wide range of sectors, including real estate in Israel, biomed, food, high-tech, low-tech and investments.
